1- Choose the subject you need help with.
2- Read carefully the Tutoring Areas of each tutor in the subject chosen to choose the one best suited for your need.
3- Choose between an Online or In person session and click on the link provided, that will take you to the bookings page.
4- At the bookings page if the subject chosen has more than 1 tutor available remember to open the SELECT STAFF menu and choose the one you intend on booking.
5- Scroll down until you see the calendar with the dates the tutor is available.
6- Select the day to see the possible times for the 45 minutes session with the tutor, choose the one that best suits your needs, click it and scroll down until you see the Details and the Additional Information sections.
7- Type your name, email and student ID numbers in the correct fields and provide as much information as possible in the additional section, that will help the tutor better prepare for session.
8- Finally click the Book button in the end and you will be presented with a summary of the booking made with the options to cancel or reschedule in case you notice something wrong, you should also receive a confirmation email with the same information and options.
If for any reason you will not be able to attend your tutoring session please either cancel the appointment with at least one day of notice or make sure to successfully contact the tutor (you can do that through Search function in the Add / Modify Recipients on MIO).
To cancel you booking:
1- Click on the Reschedule button on the confirmation email received, that should take you to the confirmation page.
2- Click on the Cancel booking button and a pop up asking for confirmation will appear, click on the Cancel booking on the pop up again and your session will be cancelled and a confirmation message should be sent to your email and to the tutor.
