Booking an Appointment

 

Book an appointment 

 

1. Choose between IN-PERSON or ONLINE Appointment on the Booking page. Make sure you read and choose the right Appointment option for your needs.

2. Open the SELECT STAFF menu and choose the available staff. 

3. Scroll down to select the DATE & TIME that best suit your needs. 

4. Scroll down until you see the Details and the Additional Information sections and fill in your details.

Type your name, most frequently used email and student ID numbers in the correct fields.

Provide as much information as possible, so that we know how we can help you.

5. Click the BOOK button and you will see your booking confirmation.

An email with your booking confirmation will also be sent to the email address that you used to book.

And you're done!

Rescheduling/Cancelling an Appointment

There are 2 ways you can Reschedule or Cancel your appointment:

Reschedule or Cancel right after you book from the booking confirmation page, by clicking on the RESCHEDULE or CANCEL BOOKING button.

Booking Policy

Currently, appointments are available for booking 14 days in advance. Students can book as many appointments as needed. However, we ask that you be considerate of other students during peak seasons and limit your booking to a maximum of 120 minutes (4 appointments) a week.
